Honestly, is not that big of a deal. 40 energy is still very strong when you need to burst someone down in a hurry. What makes 30031 so amazing is that you can play hemo + dagger in one spec. When dueling I go with hemo against most classes, arena fights, I go with dagger. Now test server was very laggy, I had a very hard time landing backstabs, so I went for hemo against Corrz, not to mention it is the build I have been playing on live about runescape gold.
It is an amazing opener and does serious damage, then instead of using COS early, I learned from live play to use vanish + sprint to force the first ice block, his water elemental will be out as he ice blocks, and at this point I gouge the elemental and bandage myself to basically get through this part taking very little damage. When he is out of ice block, COS and chase him down about RS gold. I managed 2 wins and 1 double kill (my deadly throw hit him same time he ice lanced me) in addition to my 4 losses. At least for the gear range we are talking about, it is not hopeless about runescape gold.
Ironically with 1 minute COS and 1.5 minute blind, rogue can now play outlast against a lot of classes to get cheap runescape gold. Against a feral druid with 10K HP, 1600 AP, 26% crit, I did a good job kiting him like a warrior. He does not have intercept and he does not have overpowered, I just save KS for his intercept to get cheap runescape gold, gouge, and bleed effect would be off, blind and bandage. Granted, his gear is not anywhere near Hellcat, and he can not quite mangle me for 1800. Still, in both 2.0 and TBC, if you get stunned early by a feral druid, expect them to DPS you instead. They are not quite paladin hammer of justices level of damage yet, but they are getting there in term of burst damage in bear form.
